Well…I’m a little behind on my blogging, but hoping to get back into the game this week.

It has been decided, our new location in Kaysville will be called Elevation Kaysville and we are naming the building The Promise Building.  Thank you Gary Lamb from Revolution Church for your suggestion and winning the starbucks gift card.

I’m in Montana this weekend…

And I have a new hero.

Paul Austin is his name.

I’ve been invited to come speak to the college ministries of almost 7 different colleges from Idaho & Montana…everything starts tonight.

Anyways, Paul Austin is the area director for these college ministries and he is also the chaplin for Idaho State’s football team.  That is not why he is my hero.  He is my hero cause he is a real guy that loves Jesus.  A real guy who is honest about who he is.  Paul has been doing ministry up here in Montana and Idaho for awhile now…he is sold out to leading others to Jesus.  I’m starting to get to know him and I’m very impressed and honored to be with him his team this weekend.

My mom was born up here…but I’ve never been here before…have to say I have not been to a smaller airport in my life.  They don’t call this place Big Sky for nothing…that is all there is, SKY.

So my 4 year old daughter Madison was talking to my wife today about babies.  She was telling Ami that she wanted a baby.  A real baby.

Ami told her, “When you grow up and become a mom you can have a baby.”

“Yep.  And you know how you can tell if your baby is a boy or a girl?”

My wife stopped cold wondering what the next statement out of Madison’s mouth was going to be.

“How do you tell?”  Ami said with hesitation.

“Cause the girl babies have head bands on when they come out.”

We got a good laugh out of that…kids say the coolest things.

Got a few emails today asking where I have been with the blogging thing…

I apologize.  We moved our office and didn’t get internet until this weekend.  I have been hanging out at the new office getting things set-up and working my tail off so when I get home, the computer is the last thing I am thinking about.
