Yes 2008 is over…but last year we did a survey of those that are part of the Elevation community…

So…we want to do this again.

We will be sending this survey out in an email this week, but we would love for you to get a jump start on helping us collect the data for this survey.

Goals for this year:

Personal-

• only 25 nights away from home
• 2 DIIFERENT & LONG vacation times with the family this year
• 2 personal retreats for fresh vision from God
• more date nights with my wife, she is hot
• less soda

Ministry-

• Launch Kaysville location
• 12 house churches up and running
• Youth church up and running
• NCD survey for our church health
