Trinity provides visionary oversight to the entire Elevation community as well as serving as the lead teaching pastor for all services and Biblical training that flows from Elevation. He is the founding Pastor of Elevation and has been on staff working for Elevation since 2004. He is married to Ami and they have two little girls, Madison and Berlyn, and dog named Cubby.

Kevin Rogers
Layton Campus Pastor
Kevin is the campus pastor at the Layton campus for Elevation. He provides Biblical counseling, prayer support, and spiritual guidance to the teams of volunteers for the Layton campus, as well as those that attend the Layton campus. His gifts and abilities allow him to serve as a practical support to logistical and personnel issues that might arise. Pastor Kevin is the spiritual leader of the Layton Campus. He is married to Mel and they have two girls, Jailyn and Kaiya.

Jim Wharton
Kaysville Campus Pastor
Jim serves as the campus pastor for the 10am gathering at the Kaysville campus. Jim loves to see people grow in community and grow closer to Jesus. He is very passionate about teaching the Word of God and loves inspiring that passion in others. He is married to Angela and they have two kids, Nathan and Naomi.

Brian Yocum
Executive Director
Brian oversees the operational and logistical side of the Elevation community. Everything from budgets, property management, maintenance, to scheduling of teams. He is a rover player and helps the rest of the staff complete their tasks. Brian is married to Miriah and they have two kids, Alexis and Boston.

Robb & Winter Hughes
Youth Pastors
Robb and Winter are the spiritual coaches to the Junior and Senior High students of Elevation; sharing and living life with the teens of this generation. They desire students to really grasp who God is to them and experience the radical outpouring of God that transforms their lives in freedom and power. Robb and Winter are passionate about inspiring them to discover their identity and purpose in Christ through the gifts and callings He has uniquely created in each one; with no limits as to what God can and wants to do in and through them. They’ve been married for 11 years, and the proud parents of two demanding playful cats, Atlas and Cowboy Joe.

Ryan Eaves
Discipleship Pastor
Ryan serves as the pastor of discipleship, overseeing the house church movement and one-on-one discipleship that is the heart of Elevation. He also leads a house church that meets at his house in Farmington. His house church is a diverse band of people who gather every Monday night to share life, the word of God, and a meal. He is married to Darcy and they have six kids, Leticia, Justice, Xavier, Aubriel, Traycen, and Elijah.

Byron Marshall
Kaysville Worship Leader
Byron leads worship for the 6:00pm gathering at the Kaysville campus. He is in charge of making sure the worship team is in the right places and knows what they are playing/doing each Sunday night gathering.

Paul Austin
Discipleship Coach and Teaching Pastor
Paul is a catalyst for one-on-one discipleship within the Elevation community. He works with the teaching team of Elevation to help craft dynamic teachings for Sunday gatherings and small groups. Paul’s primary ministry and job is overseeing college ministries, Chi Alphas, across the Big Sky region (Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado).

Andy and Sharese Vasquez
Children’s Pastors
Andy and Sharese are the Children’s Pastors at Elevation Church. They have a passion for children’s ministry and have a long desire to see kids come into a life-changing relationship with God.
Andy and Sharese have a tag-team teaching approach when it comes to kids ministry and love to present the Gospel and Biblical truths to Kids in fun and creative ways.
