Our house churches are an integral part of Elevation. The early Christian church met in homes mostly because they had no “church” buildings. The message they were spreading was far from the accepted mainstream religion of the day. They were on to something, however. Many people whom would never dawn the doors of a “church”, would feel perfectly safe in someone’s living room. The home lends it well to a sense of intimacy and community. Our house churches are a place where people of any age or background can feel safe to link their lives with others. There are no requirements for attending a house church other than a desire to be loved.
